When you purchase PrivacyStack, we collect minimal information necessary to deliver the product:

• Email Address: Provided to Gumroad during checkout. Used to send you the GitHub repository invitation and provide customer support.
• GitHub Username: You provide this after purchase to receive repository access.
• Payment Information: Processed and stored by Gumroad. We never see or store your credit card details.

We do not collect, store, or process any other personal information.

Your information is used exclusively for:

• Delivering the product (inviting you to the private GitHub repository)
• Providing customer support via email
• Sending important product updates (e.g., major version releases)

We will never sell, rent, or share your information with third-party advertisers or marketers.

We use the following third-party services:

We retain your email address and GitHub username for as long as you have access to the repository. This allows us to:

• Provide ongoing support
• Send important product updates
• Verify your purchase if you lose access

If you wish to have your information removed, contact support@privacystack.app. Note that removing your data will revoke your repository access.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data (this will revoke repository access)
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format

• All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS
• We store minimal data (only email and GitHub username)
• Payment data is handled exclusively by Gumroad (PCI DSS compliant)
• Repository access is managed through GitHub's secure platform

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
